Very attentive staff in all areas. Friendly and helpful if needed. Buffets were plentiful and had something for everyone. Fun atmosphere poolside, and fun theme type activities if you chose to participate. Filtered drinking water provided throughout the resort. Our room was a corner view junior suite, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Be prepared for breezy conditions, but you honestly need a breeze, being in the tropics with heat and humidity. We had a very enjoyable stay for 6 days. Will definitely return.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Iberostar Coral Level (adults-only section) for five nights. The first thing we noticed about the hotel was the smell. It was very pleasant and welcoming. The property is also well managed and clean. We always see staff cleaning and maintaining different parts of the hotel. Similarly, the room we stayed in spacious and well maintained.

We enjoyed the adults only section on the resort because it wasn't as crowded. The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing, especially our waiter Cesar at La Horma, he was excellent. The cleaning staff always did something beautiful with the bed and the curtains. We loved the entertainment in the evenings too. Our complaints are the adults only rooms were dated, we wouldn't sit on the couch in our room because it desperately needed cleaned or replaced. The sliding door was extremely hard to open/close. The curtains were hard to close as part of them came down. Some of the lights were hard to turn on/off. The telephone handset didn't work, we could only use it on speaker phone. A little bit of maintenance and modernizing to the rooms and hallways would go a long ways. When we made the reservation we reserved a room with full windows on 2 walls but that isn't what we got, we got small windows in the Junior Suite. The concierge staff were pushy when we got there to go have breakfast with their staff to sell us stuff so after we said no we avoided the lobby level with the concierge staff.

We stayed there for 6 days, it was a good resort with good food, nice view and nice staff especially Savy that always took care of us and Luis from “shark bar” the entertainment at night was fun, the restaurants were good but everything stops at 9pm, unfortunately the room service at night lacks options. The beach is nice and the beds are first come first serve basis, just don’t leave the bed for too long or they will give it up to someone else if you’re away from your spot more than 45 mins, which is fine, but they don’t let you know this or there’s no signs posted.

Amazing experience !!!! One of the best stays of my life. All thanks to the exceptional service at Iberostar selection coral cancun. The staff is considerate, respectful and entertaining. Number of daily activities to choose from. Their Resort application is so user friendly. It has daily calendars for activities, events and menus of all restaurants and bars across the property. Loved the app. Hand-pick the events that you want to go to and plan your day accordingly. Coral level guests get access to anything and everything inside the property except the SPA which is paid service for all. My only suggestion would be to increase dining capacities in restaurants since we had to wait for 2 days to get into La Horma which is their Italian cuisine restaurant. Otherwise, this resort and it’s services are spot on !!! Fun activities at the pool throughout the day and pristine beaches make the perfect vacation for you and your loved ones. Special shoutout to Cynthia at the front desk who has catered well to all our needs. Can’t wait to go back here !!! Until then, Hasta La Vista Mexico !!!

The food was delicious and hotel was very nice. Had issues with one of the staff Jorge by the pool. The hotel does not offer enough lounge chairs with umbrellas and you have to get there early if you want a spot. Looks like if you are in good with Jorge or give him a great tip, he will fine you a spot and even remove guests personal belongings to give it to them. Heard he did this to several guests. He removed our belongings because he gave it to “one of his personal guests “ Made our experience and other guests very frustrating. I do want to mention that Laura by the pool towel area was very friendly and excellent customer service. Not going back because of what happened with Jorge.
