Comfort Inn sent me instructions on how to schedule my airport transfer with a link to a form.
I filled out the form. Called them, sent them WhatsApp’s and messaged their Expedia inbox with my flight details etc.
They left me stranded at the airport alone waiting for a shuttle that never came.
Called them repeatedly with no answer, ended up paying $1000 pesos for a cab - and then when I got to the hotel they said - “It’s Expedia’s fault’ so I called Expedia and they said “the hotel is refusing to compensate you for your costs, we have to abide by their policy”.
Unreal. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn OR use Expedia EVER again. Zero accountability. Shocking customer service. 6 hours lost to be told I am being punished because neither of them think it’s their fault.
All I wanted was to be compensated for my cab fare…since they decided to just not send the shuttle.
Brutal.
