I did not like the staff being extra pushy to attend a 90 minute presentation. I also did not like that I was not told that if I did not return the towel cards, I would be charged $40

I didn’t like the hotel charged me $750 usd for a damaged tv I reported to them that was damaged. The staff overall was great, other than the barista at deli.

GR Solaris Cancun is such a great choice for family and friends of all ages. Their food is delicious, service is amazing, and the atmosphere is beautiful. We had such a great time, there’s lots to do and enjoy. The entertainment crew has such great energy and definitely keep you entertained at the pool with fun activities and good music. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pools are very clean and relaxing. Definitely will be coming back and recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.
