There were a couple very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. Many times we were left sitting at the table without anyone offering drinks or refills if we got the drink. The main areas of the hotel were clean but could use a fresh coat of paint in many areas. The rooms were mostly clean, some hairs left in the bathroom from the previous guests. The air conditioner didn't work in our room so they moved us. In the second room, the curtain was not wide enough for the window so we affixed a bed runner to the curtain rod so we had privacy and to block the morning. We didn't ask to move a 3rd time. The description days 5 restaurants which is technically true however what they have is (1) a buffet with a small selection (2) a snack shack by the pool that is open 12pm-5pm and only served hamburgers, hot dogs and fries (3) a sushi restaurant that was open 2 out of the 6 evenings we were there (4) BBQ restaurant that is set up in the snack shak every 3rd night or so with a prefixed family style meal (5) an Italian restaurant every 3rd night and some afternoons set up on one of the patios. You had to go to the concierge desk at 8:30 am to make reservations for the BBQ and Italian. We felt the options were very limited . I didnt realize this is an all inclusive hotel and not resort which is my fault so with that being said, we were very underwhelmed with the offereings and facility.
