The staff was extremely nice. Our room was very nice. Although I didn't see 10 restaurants (like the hotel stated). They do need better food options. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Clean lovely we had xhale junior ocean front the view was picture in HEAVEN but but aware that the selling staff hound ppl to sell the Hyatt plan But over all the resort is magical the food so/so Hibachi at silk city in the resort is WONDERFUL WORTH EVERY PENNY

Even though they advertise multiple restaurants, only 3 or 4 are open for dinner each day limiting your choices. Also, the housekeeping was very slow to clean your room every day. they need more staff in housekeeping.

Although this resort is modern and clean there were many things we did not like. For example, the long wait times at restaurants. Two of the nights, all the restaurants had 1-1.5hr wait times that were very close to the close times. The only time we did not have a wait for dinner was when the buffet was open for dinner. There were no options at the bakery for grab and go, like sandwiches or baked goods. The entertainment was essentially non existant. Very little interaction with the guests and not very entertaining. I wish there would have been more options at the buffet for Mexican food. The beach is HORRIBLE. It is basically like a kitty pool of a beach. To make matters worse, it is very far from the typical walking area in Cancun where the clubs and restaurants are. Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting at all given the fact that from the 3 resorts I've visited in Cancun, its been the most expensive. I expected better dining experience, service, and entertainment. Needless to say I wont be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed at Breathless recently for 7 days. While we were upset after paying for an upgraded room for an ocean view and only having a partial ocean view, the room was beautiful. Entertainment was fun at the end of the night, but music was very loud in the room, although it usually was off by 1030pm. Food at the resort was over and beyond what we expected, and staff was very attentive and kind. Beach was fun, but very busy. Hotel is not very walkable to other places, but Uber is very easy to order now in Mexico and use and very in-expensive. I would stay here again for the hotel amenities and kind staff.
