Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos por todo el personal. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, con habitaciones modernas y cómodas, y áreas comunes que realmente te hacen sentir en un paraíso. Queremos hacer una mención especial al restaurante Los Suspiros, donde la calidad de la comida y el servicio fue excepcional. Agradecemos muchísimo al chef Luis por todas sus atenciones. Su pasión por la cocina se refleja en cada plato que nos sirvió. Cada comida fue una experiencia deliciosa, con ingredientes frescos y sabores únicos. La dedicación y cuidado que pone en su trabajo hizo que nuestras cenas fueran uno de los puntos más destacados de nuestras vacaciones. También queremos agradecer al mesero Donovan del restaurante Mercado 19, quien hizo que nuestros desayunos fueran aún más agradables con su atención y amabilidad. Además, el restaurante Cilento fue nuestro lugar favorito para el almuerzo, con una variedad de platos deliciosos y un ambiente encantador. We went to the EL SUSPIRO restaurant for lunch, ordered salads and then found peaces of dirty napkins on our salad plates. Next day we went there for dinner and I found small peace of glass in my tomato salad

One of the best resorts we have ever been to! Room was beautiful and clean with a wonderful veiw of the landscaping and ocean. All of the resturants were wonderful , the steakhouse was our favorite ! The staff is AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond everyday ! From the pools , the spa , the property everything was amazing! I highly reccomend booking your trip here , we cant wait to come back :)

It's hard to even put into words how amazing this resort is! We went for our honeymoon and are so impressed! The food here is absolutely amazing nothing like the buffet resort food you would get elsewhere. The staff is so kind and helpful and truly want to make your stay amazing. The facilities are very clean and modern. You are truly in a paradise bubble when you stay here. Would definitely go back and stay again!

The open roof concept was stress tested during Tropical Storm Helene. Water everywhere so a lot like a skating rink in all the hallways. You have to up in order to go down when going to restaurants or to the lobby. By the 4th night we had a clue about where we were going. Restaurants on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors.

We loved The service at the restaurants, service was excellet the food was great. Roman the bartender made the Best cocktail driks and was super friendly and professional. We didnt like The check in process,it took about 3 hrs. For a weekend get away every minute counts. There was a coach roach in our room. The matress was not confortable it was too hard. The attitude of front desk personnel at the SPA was unprofessional.
