I enjoyed the true Mexican experience. The property was very authentic. It’s isn’t brand new and overly fancy. The staff are all very polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

The service in this place is the only good thing about this place, everything else is just terrible. The food here is not tasty at all. Their tacos taste very weird, it taste like dry chicken with soap. Their wifi is terrible, it keeps disconnecting every 20 minutes and it runs very slow. Their waterpark is badically just meant for little kids. Theres barerly any activitys for the adults and the rooms are very old. The beds are not as comfortable as they look and the air conditioner is so loud that we have to turn it off when we sleep. I would rate this hotel a 2/5 and for the price that they charge you is definitely not worth it.

Me gusto mucho es un hotel tranquilo pero en la parte de pizina deberían de poner más tumbonas y la parte de la comida no hay mucha variedad y otra cosa lo sábado no debería poner la cena en el teatro porque la persona se sientan y no se levantan viendo el Chou y no se dan cuenta que faltan personas x comer por lo demás todo ok

The attitude of employees is bad, you pay for a service and they make u feel like if you are asking for a favor. Like a beggar. I would never recommend this hotel to my friends or family. The worst place I have ever visited

Very small food selection well seasoned but you can tell it's low quality even smaller drink selection I come to these resorts for mango tangos and they did not have mango flavoring all they have is strawberry and Pina flavor it's on the beach and cheap was the best part but the second u get there they want to upgrade your rooms and spend more money this place overall needs a remodel and hopefully one day a better variety of drinks and food

I would never stay here again. The staff is rude. The food is not even edible and they don’t clean the tables after people eat. The beach is small The only thing good is the temperature and sunshine

The rooms are absolutely barren. We were promised a royal junior suite , it was nothing like that. The food was bland the drinks were watery and bottom shelf booze was served. The sanitation rating just at the bar should be negative number. So gross!!! The beach would fit in my yard. Waterpark/ mini golf not open. No one said a word at check-in.1 towel in room. Numerous other problems. Staff at check-in so nice and most all the staff we met were very nice.
