For a no frills stay, the Adhara Express is the way to go. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. It’s proximity to Parque de la Palapas, and Mercados 23 and 28 made the Adhara Express the perfect location. Another trip to Cancun may not be in my near future, but if it were, I would definitely stay here again.

A Good 4star hotel in Cancun

Good location near restaurants and park, cathedral etc. Secure parking. Breakfast was reasonably good. Everything was good. A great value. There are 3 Adhara and one can get a little confused about the location

Really good hotel, lots of nice traditional restaurants nearby. We stayed for a couple of nights after our flight & we’re very comfortable, great breakfast included.

Positives: - well located in downtown area for easy access to ADO bus station on foot - free breakfast with some fruit and cereal variety Negatives: - AC unit was directly in front of the bed, which made sleeping feel very uncomfortable. - hard and uncomfortable mattress which didn't make for a good night's sleep - water was lukewarm and shower pressure was poor Overall rating, 2 out of 5 This place is ok to stay for one night if you're departing Cancun and need to be nearer the bus station, but the bed wasn't good to rest or sleep on. If you arrive early for check in do make sure to check how comfortable the bed is, otherwise request a change of room or find another hotel

The breakfast was not great as it lacked bacon or sausages and the coffee and juice was watered down. The staff was excellent. I got the wrong room ( double beds instead of the queen we had reserved ) but understandable as I arrived at 1:30 am. Im positived they would have changed that night but we were to tired. Very good location. Close to the bus station and city transportation . All the staff are excellent especially the house keeper lady she’s doing her work properly. Very clean hotel with all comfortable amenities and services . The only proposal is the give a special offer for clients who are staying there if they have guests or visitors.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adhara Express in Cancun, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things that really stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel had a welcoming vibe, and we felt completely at ease with our children. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. We also appreciated the little touches, like the readily available warm water, which was perfect for making tea and coffee in the mornings. The included food options were another highlight of our stay. The meals were delicious and varied, offering a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast! Adhara Express's location was ideal for us. It provided easy access to all the main attractions, while also being conveniently close to the vibrant Las Palapas Park. We loved exploring the park in the evenings, soaking up the lively atmosphere and enjoying delicious, budget-friendly meals from the local vendors. It was a fantastic way to experience the true spirit of Mexico!

It was very good choice, quick check in at midnight. Only little thing somebody had smoke in the room, inside the room was little pit smoke smell. Very good breakfast
