Reception was unattended for a long period of time upon our arrival at approx 7.15 pm which made us late for a dinner reservation. The airconditioner in our room was broken and needed to have filters cleaned, have advised staff when checked out. The walls are very thin and we could hear guests in adjoining rooms conversations.

The room was fine. On the second day the room cleaning staff forgot to clean remake our room. They had left for the day so it wasn’t done. Front office staff gave us some fresh towels. Rubbish bin in the room was never emptied.

Great location, the bed was clean and very comfortable, but the room was shabby with paint chips in door jambs and the curtains not installed properly on their tracks, the carpet had seen better days, all small maintenance items that are easily fixed, it was a bit of a turnoff but really for the cost it was a great stay.

Convenient location to where I was going, but the room had a persistent smell that I found very unpleasant. Bathroom was dirty. Housekeepers left all lights on and moved some of my stuff that were not on the bed. I wouldn't stay here again. I think reviews did not align with what I saw.

Great value booking 2 rooms, only dropped a point because bar & amenities closed… scores a point by having offsite after hours help desk when I discovered I’d lost my key on return at midnight- great support
