It was a lpvely property. Everything was very clean, with nice crisp sheets. The grounds were pleasant, and well kept. The kitchen had all cooking facilities, including a full sized fridge. The weather was pleasant, which meant that we didn’t need to test out the air con, which appeared to be inadequate, though portable devices were available in the suite.

Regular base for my Canberra escapes
Great quiet location. Less than 10 minutes easy stroll to the cafes and shops of Manuka. Staff always friendly and welcoming. I choose to stay in the serviced apartment section of the accommodation. Id describe it as "cheap and cheerful". The apartment has everything I need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of unallocated parking located around the various apartments. I use this as my regular place to stay when I travel to Canberra several times a year for short escapes from Sydney.

Ok for a night apart from noisy plumbing
Overnight stay. Welcomed nicely on arrival. Room a little dated but reasonably well maintained and it was very clean. Comfy bed and clean sheets with good aircon. Bathroom extractor fan was malfunctioning and made strange noises when switched on then clearly the safety function cut in and the fan cut off. The most annoying thing was the extremely loud noises coming from the plumbing when the neighbours used their water which was obviously not the neighbours fault.

The one bed apartment was a bit dated. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was totally inadequate. There was a major problem with beetles at the entry and in the apartment. They came in under and through the side of the front door. We had limited interaction with staff although we were directed to Manuka to find eating establishments. It was quiet, which is always a bonus.

This was an excellent place to stay for us (1 adult, 2 children) as a base for a week in Canberra. So convenient and the rooms (2 bedroom executive apartment) were really nice, roomy and the ability to cook with stove/oven/microwave/bbq really helped too! The kids loved it, as did I and shopping/dining/tourist attractions were very close and convenient. Bonus to have access to a washing machine in the apartment too. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend
