Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were early and they gave us our room. Room was not very clean. Beds were uncomfortable. No elevator.

The staff at this property were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the property itself was average. The carpets in the rooms and common areas were very worn and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Rm 208 needs black out drapes, access to outside after midnight without bothering staff. A shelf for the tv box. Paint off the wall by the desk in the room. bathroom ceiling cracked. All staff awesome. Quiet.

Over 4 nights the staff never made our beds once, our room was never vacuumed, our towels had been left on the floor for 2 days, garbage was taken out every other day, the remote didn’t work for the tv and had the batteries replaced, I was double charged for my stay and haven’t been refunded yet (was told 1-3 business days) and the staff was sleeping on shift on a make shift cot behind the desk. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The area however is very convenient.
