Stayed for one night, booked last minute online and the property showed 2 rooms left at a great price. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find out I had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. This was very welcoming as I wasn’t feeling well and had a great sleep, in a comfy bed!

Room heater was turned off. When we turned the heat in it was registering 63. We cranked up the heat but it took 2 hours to get to temp. Also no gluten free options for breakfast. No protein options (ie boiled eggs)

Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff are very professional and helpful. They have the most comfortable neds I have ever experienced atva hotel. Continental breakfast is "meh" however there are lots of other options available locally

There were no discipline on behalf of the property to make noisy customers to be silent when approaching the rooms. So no rest was possible with this kind of neighbors.

I had a room with a queen bed. The bedskirt was filthy with stains on it. The 2 chairs in the room had towels covering their seating area. The couch was plywood with cushions on top. Also covered with a blanket to cover up its age and condition. Just needs to be updated

It's an older property that has experienced no updates. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is single serving packaged bread/bagels/waffles/pastries for toasting, cereals, yogurt, fruit cups. No hot food prepared.
