O hotel está situado em um ótimo lugar, o staff é gentil e atencioso, o café da manhã é excelente, mas a estrutura dos quartos deixa a desejar. Nossa cama não era de casal e sim duas camas e os colchões estavam tortos, para quem tem problema de coluna como eu, foi uma experiência horrível dormir. As varandas não tem cadeiras, o que torna o espaço inútil para ser apreciado. Não há ventilador de teto ou ar-condicionado, isso no verão é um problema grande, passamos calor durante o dia e tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta da sacada para poder entrar algum vento e refrigerar o ambiente, correndo o risco de encontrar algum animal silvestre durante a noite. O lugar é perfeito, mas o dinheiro gasto em uma diária e tendo este retorno não vale a pena voltar.

The sheets is really dirty,I think that they never waste the sheet, and the heater is so small. Not enough to warm the room ~ the breakfast only have two hot food ! Sausages and egg.

The Shining
This was a bit like 'The Shining'--an enormous hotel and we seemed to be almost the only guests. They said it was off season (Dec), but it was strange. Add to that the Bavarian/Swiss Alps architecture and the fodue restaurants, and it is a truly odd--and good--experience.

Hotel parado no tempo
Hotel muito antigo, precisa de uma boa reforma. Parece que se importam só externamente, por dentro o hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Escadas quase caindo, elevador horrível, academia com todos os aparelhos quebrados, piscina ruim, o hotel tem cheiro de esgoto por todo o canto. Estive lá em 2013 e não era dessa forma.
Aqui cheirava muito a esgoto.

Hotel está péssimo, muito bolor e mofo no quarto!
Ficamos por 3 dias hospedados no quarto 127. O Mofo e bolor nesse quarto é tão grande que eu e meu esposo saímos com dificuldades respiratórias e tivemos que tomar medicação antialérgica. O chuveiro “jogava” água para tudo quanto é lugar, menos para dentro do Box. Precisa de uma reparação urgente. Pelo valor pago nessas 3 diárias, se me dessem de “Graça” ainda seria caro. Fui falar com o Sr. Edivaldo na recepção e só me foi orientado a fazer a avaliação por aqui e fazer minha “reclamação” O hotel tem pouquíssimos funcionários! Acreditam que para 100 quartos só existem 7 camareiras trabalhando? Não tinha toalhas de piscina e nossas toalhas no quarto ficavam ensopadas e não dava para trocar porque simplismente não tinha! Acreditam nisso? Disse que a “lavanderia” vinha da cidade de Taubaté, e por conta disso nós hóspedes ficamos 3 dias sem toalhas, que só foram chegar no nosso último dia de hospedagem. Outro ponto é que tinham 9 hóspedes fazendo lanche, comendo pizza da marca Sadia que é de forno mas assaram no microondas e bebendo refrigerante com copos de vidro na área da piscina aquecida. Uma sujeira tremenda, deixaram a maior porquisse. Não tem ninguém para ver ou para reclamar. Sendo que no quarto tem espaço de sobra para isso. Tem 5 cadeiras na piscina e 2 mesas e você não tem aonde colocar suas coisas para entrar na piscina. Hotel está decadente e precisando urgentemente de reparos. Café da manhã mediano, c/ poucas opções, principalmente de bolos, São secos e sem gosto.

Lindo, espaço e com vista incrível
Esse hotel é muito bonito e possui uma excelente infraestrutura. Ideal para famílias com crianças, pois possui piscina aquecida, sala de jogos, playground e sala de brinquedos, quadras. Além disso, aceita pets. Levei a minha e foi muito confortável. Nosso quarto foi um duplex com varanda nos dois andares e uma boa cozinha com microondas e geladeira. Super recomendo. Funcionários atenciosos e vista incrível da cidade da sala de estar. Café da manhã bem gostoso, principalmente os sonhos e croissants
