Muito boa estadia. Staff do hotel muito atenciosos. Café da manhã tradicional, porém, o horário do café poderia ser até as 10h. A localização do hotel é próximo ao centro o que facilita as visitas aos pontos turísticos. Fiquei hospedada no apartamento 109 (reservado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida). O preço de lanches e alguns pratos executivos achei pouco convidativos.

Tudo 100%, como das outras vezes. Ficamos decepcionados pela maneira que fomos tratados pelo funcionário Gustavo da recepção, quando pedimos para ficar uma meia hora a mais no checkout, para almoçarmos no hotel. O mesmo disse que era impossível e quando eu estava indo embora pela manhã , já com as malas e as coisas das duas crianças no carro, outros funcionários falaram que era normal ficar até mais tarde, que isso seria possível e que, talvez ele não tivesse a informação correta. Triste a falta de informação ou má vontade de alguns no seu trabalho.

Bom lugar pra uma noite, mas não voltaria.
Hospedagem 1km de distância de acesso a Basílica, mas com boa localização. No geral, a pior parte foi a música muito alta no hotel no sábado a noite. Muitos homens na área da piscina e do bar, não dava pra famílias ficarem, pois parecia um bordel. Ponto positivo é o quarto por ser organizado e camas confortáveis. E o café da manhã é EXCELENTE. Pontos negativos são o barulho do bar da piscina, as paredes muito finas (dava pra ouvir os hóspedes do quarto ao lado roncando) e o PIOR DE TUDO, A LIMPEZA DO BANHEIRO. Tava muito nojento, box muito sujo, até com fungos e muito limo. Privada com assento solto e suja também. O atendimento da recepção também não foi gentil, parecia que trabalhavam obrigados. Não voltaria em outra oportunidade, mas reafirmo, o café da manhã é muito bom.
