The property is unique, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good with an assortment of breads, cakes, fruits, all types of hot drinks and some hot foods. It was a nice stay!

A vista é privilegiada e o local é mt bonito. Fica num local bem alto e um pouquinho afastado, porém é bem aconchegante.

Hotel looks like a museum which has its charme but the luxury suite could do with a make over to this century. Not sure how the normal rooms look like but was disappointed.

Me ofereceram quarto no anexo e não no castelo. Tive que pagar 100 BRL / diária a mais para ficar no castelo. Me deram um quarto com vaso sanitário solto, porta de sacada quebrada e gabinete do banheiro solto. Escada de acesso caracol reversa e sem carregador na chegada e saída. Piscina pouco aquecida e suja. Pedimos travesseiros extras por 3 vezes até entregarem. Limpeza do quarto fraca.

Castelo incrível! Atendimento ótimo; atrações surpreendentes (peça para conhecer todos os cantinhos do castelo, incluindo o salão egípcio e a sala de vinhos); duas sessões de cinema por dia (sala de cinema muito confortável). O quarto é enorme, o chuveiro muito bom (só senti frio durante a noite, falta um sistema de aquecimento). O café da manhã é delicioso! Tudo gostoso e muita variedade. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza. Por conta da localização, recomendo para pessoas que estejam com carro (o Castelo é afastado da regiao central da cidade).
