We stayed here because we were visiting family. We had three rooms for family. It’s a nice clean hotel. The staff does not speak English. Thank hod my father translated . One of the front desk staff. He was an older male with a beard and glasses was making nasty comments about “Americans” under his breath . It seemed as though I was bothering him from doing “nothing “ when I asked him a question. I don’t speak Italian good but I understand Italian very well. My mother and father are Italian and our family is from this region. The food in the restaurant was basic and ok. The waitress staff was very nice and pleasant and very accommodating. They could not do enough to please us. The dinner was not great. The breakfast was very good. It seemed as though we were the only people in the hotel. There was absolutely no action or anything. They charge you if you want to use the gym. I reserved a large room with a balcony and was told Expedia made a mistake. So my room had no balcony but they switched us to a much smaller room on a lower floor with a very, very tiny balcony. I guess overall it’s a clean, quiet place to stay but that’s it! There is nothing going on here and you need a car to get everywhere because it’s on a hill in a residential area. For these reasons I give it a 3. The view from the hotel of Compobasso was absolutely beautiful!

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly & responsive. It's located out of the way & not within walking distance of anywhere. I'd highly recommend.

A Gem in Campobasso

Very nice hotel and service was great. Not in city center and kind of difficult to walk into Campobasso so you need to drive but it only takes about 5 minutes to drive. Clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet!

Nice property. Not many restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly, but could have more info of where to eat Catherine hotel has a restaurant, but it doesn’t open until 8pm.

The property required using GPS to find but did not disappoint. Unbelievably friendly staff, great on-site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We had great dinner for 30 euro for two people. The view from our room was gorgeous. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel staff were totally welcoming and service oriented. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The dining room had excellent service and well prepared fresh food.
