Conociendo El Huila.
Un gran sitio que te sirve de punto estratègico para visitar todos los sitios turisticos del area. Excelente servicio, incluyendo maridaje de sus vinos producidos. Un ambiente tranquilo, comida deliciosa con su personal muy orientado al servicio y para que se sienta exclusivo.

Las instalaciones con mucho verde y confortables, la piscina le faltaba limpieza y habian dos lamparas sin instalar, tanto en la piscina como en el jacussi. La atención del personal muy regular, no saludan al huesped, poco contactyo con el cliente...se debe trabajar en este aspecto, unos cursos de servicio y atención al cliente, serían muy apropiados para el personal de este hotel

Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina por mantenimiento. Tratándose de un viñedo también quisimos adquirir una botella de vino de la casa pero no fue posible porque no tenían etiquetas en el momento. Vale la pena regresar. La época no fue la mejor por la zozobra asociada al coronavirus
