Great place and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The receptionist Murilo was so kind. The breakfast is also great, but the hotel is old and could be in a better shape.

Shower room leaking water outside of the bathroom making the whole bathroom soaked wet after shower. When I complained with the front desk, here is what she said: “It is high season and we don’t want to loose incomeby shutting the room down for repairs”. And I said: really? So, the hell with the customers, right? Who have to be in that mess so your hoteldoes not loose money. This is not acceptable and very resentful. She just started at my face and did not say anything else. There was NO apology or even any sympathy. I do not recommend this place at all.

Pet Friendly Hotel
We choose this hotel primarily because we were traveling with our (small) dog. Another hotel that did not accept pets recommended us to try this one. It was a good choice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel is not new but well maintained. The doors still use regular keys so they ask us to drop them at the front desk when we go out. A little inconvenient, The rooms are very spacious and clean but also very simple. The floors are tile (no carpet), which I liked since they allow pets. They have a underground garage. It is narrow but they have plenty of parking space. It can be difficult to maneuver sometimes but they have valet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good but it is small. The area is quiet so we could sleep well. The breakfast buffet was included. It was good and the fresh fruit was very tasty. We did not have time to try the pool or dine-in. The check-out process was quick and since the room was pre-paid we only paid for the items we got from the room fridge and the "pet fee".

Convenient Hotel that hits all the basics
English spoken fluently. Microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, plate in room. Missing silverware and glasses. Good AC, hot water, etc. Breakfast great. Parking for 17 reals a day.

O que nos deixou satisfeitos foi o excelente atendimento de forma a suprir a necessidade de minha esposa ser Vegana. Foram muito atenciosos e providenciaram alimentação no café da manhã para ela. Quartos bem espaçosos. Os quartos são mais antigos, mas espaçosos. A localização é muito boa e perto de tudo (restaurantes, lanchonetes, supermercado, shopping (10 min de aplicativo).Colaboradores da recepção muito bem atenciosos e que procuram sempre atender os anseios dos clientes e deixarem eles satisfeitos. Um pouco que não gostamos muito é o colchão que bem mole/macio, nós preferimos colchões mais firmes e duros, mas aí vai de gosto de cada um

O quarto que fiquei era bem espaçoso, cama agradável, apesar do colchão ser bem macio, para quem tem problema de coluna não é o mais recomendado. O piso da sala estava quebrado, pra melhorar as condições foi colocado um tapete por cima. O banheiro bom, mas nos cantinhos um pouco sujo de lodo. Não tem isolamento acústico, o q deixa o ambiente bem barulhento a noite com alguns vizinhos e infelizmente tive esse problema. Café da manhã normal e o atendimento de todos os funcionários muito bom. Todos simpáticos.
