A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

O hotel é lindo, os funcionários simpáticos e educados. A piscina muito boa e o quarto bem bonito, com interatividade na TV, ar condicionado, minibar, cofre e amenities. A cama não era muito confortável, e o café da manhã sentimos falta de itens mais regionais.

Muito bom

Hotel com boa localização, construção muito bonita com academia e piscina, limpeza impecável. Mas, tivemos alguns contratempos nos forneceram um quarto que já estava ocupado por outra família, por sorte não havia pessoas no quarto e imediatamente fechamos e retornamos a recepção, um erro grave que poderia ter causado um transtorno maior, outro ponto solicitamos uma refeição no quarto devido o cansaço da viagem, para nossa supresa veio totalmente fria quase gelada, isso porque pedimos uma hambúrguer e fritas e um risoto, no demais o hotel é excelente, só precisa de atenção nesses dois pontos.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, porém deixou a desejar na demora da refeição e das bebidas (jantamos no restaurante), a acústica do piso do quarto é ruim, os travesseiros são baixos e pelo preço a cama e pequena!!
