A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Estadia agradável, mas pode melhorar.

Fiquei hospedado com a minha esposa e o hotel forneceu um berço para o nosso bebê. Achei o local muito bonito, tranquilo, propício para crianças e os funcionários são cordiais. Como ponto de melhoria, destaco o café da manhã. Havia uma quantidade absurda de moscas pousando nas refeições e ventiladores repelentes de mesa insuficientes para espantá-las, por isso, deixamos de consumir boa parte do que gostaríamos por questão de higiene. Além disso, o hotel poderia servir algumas opções holandesas (biscoitos, waffle...).

Hotel muito bonito. Café da manhã bom. Faltou eletricidade por 3 horas e o hotel não tem gerador, ficamos sem luz, sem elevador, tudo no escuro. Acústica do hotel é péssima, ouve-se absolutamente tudo dos quartos ao lado e encima, tranquilidade zero. O lugar é muito bonito e o atendimento muito bom
