Em primeiro lugar ficamos mais de quinze minutos para ser atendido numa recepção vazia. Fomos atendidos por uma menina que estava fazendo limpeza nos quartos, a recepção só atende a partir das 14 horas , quando no site o checkin estava a partir das 7:30 horas. Segundo: não tinham quartos disponíveis!!!! Chegou mais duas famílias que não fiquei para saber. Fomos encaminhados para outro hotel. Hotel Estancia, onde fomos muito bem atendidos.
