Fuja desse "hotel".
Horrível... Quarto com odor de esgoto. Camas com barulhos muito fortes de molas. Goteira em um cano que saia do ar condicionado e ia para a janela. Porta com sinais de arrombamento recente.

O Hotel em si não é ruim, mas o Estacionamento diz ser incluso mas cobram 15 reais por dia. Além disso a cama de casal é na verdade uma cama de viúva, quase não conseguimos dormir de tão pequena. A piscina estava cheia de folhas e até bitu as de cigarro. O atendimento não foi ruim, mas a estádia foi mediana.

Resumindo nossa experiência, não existe um ponto positivo sobre esse hotel. Barulho no corredor, café da manhã ruim, serviço de quarto péssimo, as camareiras falam alto no corredor o tempo todo, batem porta, não repoem toalhas de banho, nem sequer papel higiênico. Banheiro não tem suporte para shampoo, nem pra toalha de rosto. Elevadores insuficientes.. Não imaginava jamais que o Hotel Nacional, um hotel conceituado que recebeu vários artistas na cidade tivesse um serviço tão ruim igual o que nos foi apresentado.
