Me hospedei no hotel Malibu Inn por 5 dias com a minha avó que sofre de esquizofrenia. A equipe foi excepcionalmente incrível, prestando todo o apoio e com toda a paciência e carinho do mundo! Não poderia pedir uma qualidade de serviço melhor, desde as camareiras, pessoal da limpeza, até os maravilhosos funcionários do restaurante e recepção. Recomendo 1000%, quartos ótimos e super limpos e comida perfeita. Muito obrigada a todos!

Hotel simples, com bom custo-beneficio

O hotel é bem simples, com custo-benefício bom! O colchão do nosso quarto estava um pouco afundado do uso, mas os lençóis e toalhas são OK.O chuveiro é bom, com água em abundância e quente! O café da manhã, era simples e gostoso, porém com pouca reposição. Chegamos por volta das 9:30 para tomar café, e os pratos quentes não foram repostos nenhuma vez. De madrugada, escutamos um barulho de motor alto e constante, como estávamos no último andar, não sei se era a bomba da caixa água... mas era bem alto!

Clean simple hotel

It took a minute to have them find someone to help with check in in English. Parking was also a bit odd. But overall the place was clean and the people were friendly

Atendimento deixa a desejar... não chega a ser péssimo, mas está longe de ser bom! Alguns funcionários não fazem muita questão que o cliente volte a se hospedar nesse hotel! Tive várias situações desagradáveis nos 3 dias que fiquei hospedada, mas a pior foi no café da manhã, no último dia da minha estadia, eu ainda estava me servindo às 09:55 (encerra às 10h) e as funcionárias da cozinha já recolhendo o café da manhã, enquanto haviam outras pessoas se servindo! E ainda faltavam 5 minutos pra encerrar... Quase arrancam o prato das mãos das pessoas, nunca vi isso antes!
