Nice people... rundown town.
Very friendly Staff. A bit pricy for accommodations... was not too happy about their stinginess! I canceled one of the nights of one the rooms, and still payed for the stay - In return they did not allow me to remain in the room past 2:30pm on the remaining room... I thought that was a bit unthoughtful of them. Derick

Péssimo cuidado com os quartos
O hotel não esta bem cuidado, paredes super sujas, box das camas com manchas, o quarto era bem diferente do anúncio, inclusive no quarto tinha goteira (718) e iluminação péssima. A comida boa e o atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, mas o quarto achei nota 2, horroroso…chegando a dar nojo das paredes. Não recomendo e não voltaria

Foi ótima. O hotel, mesmo sendo um dos mais antigos da cidade, está em busca de melhoria. O atendimento é impecável. Todos, todos os funcionários são cordiais e gentis. Se preocupam com vc, com seu bem estar, com seu conforto. A comida é maravilhosa. Minha refeição favorita foi o café da manhã, espetacular. Um único ponto foi que nosso banheiro cheirava a esgoto. Infelizmente o banheiro não tinha janela e ficava úmido e o cheiro de esgoto não dissipava. No último dia estava bem incômodo. Foi realmente o único ponto.

Já faz alguns anos que fico no Guarany quando vou para Águas de Lindóia. A localização é excelente e é uma excelente relação custo benefício. O prédio é antigo, como quase tudo em volta, mas está sempre em reforma. Então, tudo funciona.
