The hotel is part of a complex of several hotels (>5) dedicated to serve businesses! The room was good but too small, including the beds. Breakfast was served as a compliment and was good. Vicinity is poorly maintained and there is trash and poorly maintained areas.

The stay was horrible. They do not have any kinda facilities. The room was ugly, the toilet was not functioning properly. We requested a room change . But our request was denied. When you call the front desk, no one picks the call up. I requested ice, i did not receive, I requested extra glass, i did not receive. No one should stay there for this kinda experience.

A experiência foi ruim, ficamos alocados em um quarto adaptado e não teria nenhum problema se fosse avisado antes, o banheiro por não ter box alaga todo, o que se torna um incoveniente, além disso o ar condicionado não estava gelando também, quando informamos o problema mandaram técnico para verificar e o próprio técnico disse que o ar estava com problemas de não gelar desde alguns dias, dito isso solicitei a troca de quarto e a recepção só lamentou e disse que o hotel estava cheio e nada poderia ser feito, péssima experiência.

Não foi uma experiência boa. Pelo valor da diária e a rede que o hotel faz parte, esperávamos mais! O quarto não estava limpo, tivemos que mudar de quarto porque o ar não estava funcionando e acústica dava pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado.

Estacionamento caro e péssimo serviço
Na chegada tinha uma fila de carros e apenas 1 funcionario pra manobrar. Mas o pior foi a noite quando fomos sair para jantar. A retirada é no subsolo, fomos para lá e nao tinha nenhum funcionário, esperamos um pouco e fomos até o térreo avisar, desci e nada.. subi ao terreo novamente, a recepcionista mandou um e-mail para o chefe dos manobristas (nunca vi isso) e disse que ele ja iria descer... enfim, aguardamos por 35 minutos, resultando na perda da minha reserva no restaurante e tivemos que jantar no bar do restaurante(Oguru). Fiquei muito triste, pois o jantar foi bem caro pra aproveitar numa banqueta de bar. E ainda pagamos 48 reais a diária do estacionamento com esse péssimo serviço. Quando chegamos a noite nosso quarto estava aberto, não demos falta de nada, e pela manhã também abriu sózinho. Acredito que a fechadura esteja com problemas. QUARTO 1308.

O quarto é muito bom! Cama banheiro… custo benefício muito bons! O que não ficamos satisfeitos foi com o café da manhã… poucas opções de pães e eles estavam muito secos e duros, inclusive os pães de queijo…. E os funcionários, vários… porém deixam muuuito a desejar quando você pede algo e espera até desistir… inclusive na área de tostar os sanduíches, víamos os funcionários dentro da cozinha no celular, nós e outras pessoas aguardando e elas não se mexiam! Muito descaso… 😰 Uma pena
