What a great place to stay. The staff is super courteous and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are comfortable. Everything is well maintained the locations is great.

No Where Better for Location & Leisure
Stayed for 1 month in 2019, this time just 3 days, the Hotel is the Best in Brazil i have Stayed at, got a Good Sleep even with the Road Noise, Air Con worked Great and kept the Room Cool. Only 6min walk to Partage SC and Rodoviaria directly across the Road. Car Parking was almost Full (but i have No car) and Secure with Gaurd at the Gate. Only Negative thing i have is the Pool, in All the time i stayed there i did Not go to the Pool, just never had the Time, but Pool looked Fantasic, not huge but was big for the Area. Every time i go to Brazil, to CG i will stay there, will even try other Hotel Village Premium Hotels in other Cities like Joao Pessoa in Future. Thank you Hotel Village!!

although we had a pool view, it was also the busy highway. there were LOUD trucks all day AND NIGHT. The doors to the balcony do not seal well so the sounds come through all night and wake you up.

O quarto que ia fiquei era horrível parecia uma casa abandonada,aí troquei por outro que tbm era ruim, o cartão da porta não pegava, a porta só fechava por dentro , quando saía do quarto ele ficava aberto, não tinha lençol pra se cobrir e quando pedi me deram um lençol muito fino , passei um frio tremendo a noite . sem pensar que a tv era antiga e não era smart , não tinha nada pra assistir além de jornal. Resumindo não gostei da hospedagem do quarto mas o café da manhã é ótimo.

De premium não tem nada
Estava na expectativa por um serviço “premium”, porém fui muito mal recebido, os atendentes mal olham na nossa cara. A área da piscina estava suja em pleno domingo, com copos e latinhas por toda a parte. Não havia um funcionamento de limpeza ou garçom que pudesse nos auxiliar. Para fazer algum pedido, tínhamos que subir ao 2º andar até o restaurante. Os guarda-sóis estão bastante sujos. Falta manutenção do básico. Uma vergonha para um hotel desse porte. O que posso destacar de bom é o conforto e limpeza dos quartos e também o farto café da manhã.
