Employees were Great. Room was Not.
Checking in and out was great! The people at the desk were really friendly and helpful. The water temperature would fluctuate from comfortable to scalding hot or ice cold as soon as the room next door ran water. I got to experience this during a shower, which was fun... The heat pump panel wasn't speaking to the heat pump itself and the thermostat stayed around 26 all evening, so sleep was difficult. There was a small desk fan in the room but it did not work. Overall, the stay was not worth the price of the room.

We stayed for one night for business. We had the king size room and it looked like it was freshly painted. The bathroom looked recently renovated. Our car battery died overnight in the parking lot and the maintenance man stood in the pouring rain with me to boost it. The front desk lady was sweet, We will be back. The only negative was the hot tub is not working.

Major Updates are needed at this facility. bathrooms, carpeting, downstairs furniture, loft bedroom was not desirable, too many stairs & flights to the room. view room was to the noisy highway, trash & debris in the rear parking areas. missing sink stopper in bathroom, shower fixture not a handheld wand, limited beverage supplies, hot upstairs sleeping loft area. I will not stay at this hotel again.

For starters the front desk agent took forever to see us. The room look sketchy, the pillows were very hard, the hot tub wasn’t working, you could hear every noise around the room. The breakfast was good
