At first I was given a room that was not my booking room After speaking with the manager, I was also given a room is not my room booking After discussion, I was given a room as requested in my reservation The experience was bad, the bathroom was clogged, there were no towels, and the siphon was not working The coffee water kettle is rusty The furniture is old
