A good experience
Entirely satisfactory. Room a well equipped student-type study with large double bed. Beautiful, historic buildings and parkland on the edge of Cambridge. Had not realised that it's part of the university. Satnav had problems finding it and perhaps the signage could be more visible from the road.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the accommodation itself was very basic. The room was very hot. Also lots of stairs so getting luggage up and down was difficult. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Bar meal options at night were very limited and basic. Location to the Madingley/Cambridge park and ride was outstanding. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night, this will do the trick.

Stayed two nights, in a double room. Arrived late at night and checked in easy as had night security which issued our key. Invluded breakfast which was self service buffet. Cooked food was hit and fresh, wirh various continental options too. Staff very friendly and helpful.
