The stay was excellent. The biggest fault with this property was the overnight parking if it wasn’t for the staff the stay would have been a disaster it was stressful enough as it was.

I feel this hotel is dated and needs modernising. There was water leaking onto the bathroom floor in our room. The breakfast was not great. Staff seem very nice. It’s handy to get into Cambridge. You can walk along a path to get to the bus stop into the centre.

Unfortunately the room was next to the lift of be hotel, which was very old and incredibly loud. We could hear the lift in motion, banging and clanking all night.

A perfect welcome to Cambridge

I was really impressed with this hotel. We received a perfect welcome and Candice who welcomed us was brilliant and so knowledgable about the local area. The food served here was amazing. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and fresh. I genuinely don't have anything bad to say about it.

Great stay, hotel was very busy, shortages at breakfast were disappointing. Bacon had run out and coffee machines needed supplies topping up
