What i liked:Location is convenient, room size, noise level low, receptionists were friendly, what I did not like is that only two pieces of facial tissue were left in the tissue box when we arrived, also there was hair on the bed when I lifted the pillow, I just used one of the bed sheets to put over it, I was so tired I didn’t have the energy to have someone come in and change it.

We liked how easy it was to check in. Had no issue with staff they were all polite and did a good job. My husband and I liked that it was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and freeways. We didn't like the toilets its one of those that had little to no water at the bottom abd then when you flush the water pours out, just was kind of mid. Heads up, the shampoo and body wash provided smelled awful, better go to bring your own. We had a room facing the 101 so noise level were pretty loud, but not too bad.

We bought a larger room and tried to check in at 2. Now it is February not high season. Told us check in was at 4 as described. Well OK we knew that but had hoped for more. They called us at 4:30 when the room was ready. Beer cans and buts on the "balcony". Only paper and plastic cups. Staff while clearly understaffed were very good.
