The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel with lovely sea view room and big balcony. I wouldn't say it was 5 star, more like a good 4 star. Nice pool area, and a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed the live music in the Piano Bar on a couple of nights, and we also had a lovely meal in the Seaside Grill one evening. However, the Preferred Club lounge was slightly disappointing. It was located near the front desk with no view, so felt like being in a back office, and the food selection was very limited (packaged sandwiches, pringles, chocolate bars, left over pastries from breakfast etc) and the same every day. Other places we've stayed in have offered a lot more variety and served things like hot delicacies and cold meat platters, so always a pleasure to see what they had each day. We also used the gym a couple of times and noticed quite a lot of mold on the walls and in corners. Not very healthy when exercising. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel and its location very much. Definitely came home feeling revived, which was also helped by the beautiful October sunshine.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is located by the beach. The breakfast is good. There is a free public parking near the hotel if you have a car. There are plenty of good restaurants around. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

Perfect few days away at Secrets

Great stay at Secrets. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is right on the beach but with enough privacy as it's set back..really relaxed, laid back couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed and would visit again

Excellent hotel, outstanding, highly motivated, courteous & professional staff, location fantastic. Initially was disappointed by our room in particular the view from the balcony, hotel responded positively to our complaint & moved us to a better room with a beautiful view, well done & appreciated. Everything about the hotel is great, when booking pay extra for a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean, street view is poor. Congratulations a 5 star hotel, with a real emphasis on quality and service, will return next year, highly recommended.

It was a nice hotel however aware it not on the private beach. It’s beach front but when you get access to the beach it’s not adults only & you have to purchase an umbrella and chairs. Nice dinner we got half broad which was a good idea breakfast and dinner was lovely and fresh, did have a late night snack one night and the sandwich was old and made me sick so stay away from midnight 24 hrs room service.. We did have a massage too at the spa it was very nice we failed asleep lol. Overall a nice place to stay a lot of couples

Wonderful resort with everything you need in one place. Very upscale rooms and exterior of the building with breathtaking gardens. Everything was thought out. Appreciate the attention to detail. Excellent experience, we have to come for longer next time.
