The locationwas imposible to get there. We didn’t call well in advance because they didn’t send any instruction email until 5:20 pm. It was too late for us. We were told that we were going to receive an email 24 hours before check in but it was receive 4 hours after! The parking near the hostel was full and with nowhere to park and nobody to call was very frustrating. Finally Victoria answered the phone call and was very rude telling us to park in an impossible parking lot. Horrible and terrible place to go with a car, DO NOT GO AND AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The hotel is in a great location in old town and a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff were very nice. We had our adult son with us and paid for an extra person in the room. but unfortunately, the room is very small for 3 adults and the extra bed we tripped over. Fine for 2, too small for 3.

Reservé una suite, cuando llego veo al firmar el check in que pone habitación doble, le digo que he reservado una suite y me dice que es esa. Al entrar en la habitación veo que no se corresponde con la suite, y me dice que ahora mismo no me puede dar otra por que está todo ocupado. Le digo que entonces tendrán que devolverme la diferencia de precio y dice que hablará con el dueño. Cuando estamos acomodados en la habitación que no me correspondía, me llama y me ofrece cambiarme a la suite (que supuestamente no estaba disponible cinco minutos antes). Nos cambiamos y resultó que daba a la calle principal, dónde pasan todas las comparsas de las fiestas de moros y Cristianos, hasta las 4 de la madrugada no pudimos dormir y ni nos avisó de ello. El recepcionista mintió dos veces, la primera al decir que la habitación que me daba era la suite y después al decir que no había ninguna disponible, si no llega a ser por mi insistencia, hubiese pagado la suite sin disfrutarla. Al día siguiente el responsable no se disculpó ni excusó, no habló del tema. Por otra parte no existe apenas diferencia entre las habitaciones doble y suite que justifique el sobre precio de 15 euros entre una y otra. Más allá del tamaño y mínimamente la decoración. Es complicadísimo aparcar por la zona, y más en fin de semana, ya que el único parking disponible se ocupa con el mercadillo. Lo único bueno del sitio es que está recientemente reformado, pero no es nada recomendable.
