The staff cleaned our room and threw away my husband's ostomy supplies, socks and water we had in the refridgerator. We returned to the room on our second night to discover that they did a check out clean. The front desk said they would refund one night's stay. That never happened. I always have referred this hotel to friends and family in the past. Not anymore.

I would have given 5-stars easy if it wasn’t for the fact that the mattresses on the beds are rock hard. I prefer firm mattresses but these are flat out HARD! They moved us from a King size bed to a Queen size bed and even added a mattress pad but it was still too hard. We stayed three nights and each morning, I really suffered from the hard mattress. But honestly, everything else was superb… especially the staff!
