El customer service del todos los empleados es excelente, sobretodo de Alexander el botones y el mesero Daniel. Las toallas del hotel siempre son viejas y deshilachadas, desagradable un perro grande de color cafe que se pasea en el desayuno sin correa mientras desayunamos tirando pelos por todas partes. Las regulaciones de Colombia exigen tener los perros con correa, este parece un perro callejero que entra al lobby y al comedor.

Está bien excepto por las toallas son muy viejas y negras, el sofá de la habitación está siempre sucio. No es agradable que el perro grande de color café se pasee por el restaurante del hotel sin cuerda, tira pelos por donde camina

I had a great New Years in Cali. I didnt give 5 stars because the restaurants on the property were extreamly slow. Not sure if it was the time of the year we went but, super slow. The rest was great.
