Second time around
This was the 2nd time staying at Valle del Lily and both times my wife and I loved it. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and the food they serve at the two restaurants on site was great.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional and very friendly. The restaurant on site the food was awesome. The restaurant staff were awesome also. I would strongly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hot water only worked some of the time, cable was out 2 ID the 3 days of my stay complained to front desk , but lady behind front desk didn’t seemed to concerned about my issues and never addressed any of them I gave up complaining because I realized no issues got resolved, someone in room next to me decided to blast music at 4 am and sing 🎶 for over and hour , nobody from management felt compelled to stop him . Worst hotel experience I have ever had !!!! I got say the only positive was ladies who made breakfast and cleaned the room was so nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is spa next next door. If you're up for a little adventure there a mall within 25 minutes. The walk was through several residential areas, mostly gated communities. There is a rooftop bar but it and the top 2 floors were in renovation. My room lost hot water a couple of times but no one else in my group experienced this problem. In those instances staff reset the breaker. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Cali again.

BEWARE. Horrible. It looks nice but no hot water. Only turned boiiler on at certain times. Bit on recieved like warm water. I was also locked out of hotel for 20 minutes why the empoyee was doing something…. They locked the fromt door

Nothing. The staff doesn’t really care about guest needs. The manager was very rude and lie to us about the way he was supposed to take care of all the issues we had. Several times we had to wait at the lobby for someone to open the door to come in or get out. The first night the toilet was broken and the answer on the front desk was “We have to wait until tomorrow to find someone to fixed”. There was a lots of inconsistencies with this place but they didn’t even care. Management and staff doesn’t know the word “Sorry”. And they ignore you when complaining. VIP place that doesn’t offer you any VIP options and that’s very far from being a VIP Hotel. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to your needs. The rooms look exactly like the picture and they are very clean. They also do the housekeeping everyday. The breakfast was excellent, they offered natural juice y fruit, they would ask how you would like your eggs, they also offered bread, arepas, almojabanas ect. They also have a rooftop bar that is open wed-sat and they have food there too. Now for the hot water; there is not hot water at all times. They have a schedule for the hot water that is 5am to 10am and then in the evenings from 5pm to 10pm. The hot water was hit or miss and at times it was only warm.

The facilities where very well maintained , it’s modern, clean and for the price very good, on the other hand service was terrible! Check our takes for ever, we tried to order water because there was none available in the minibar but the reception es wouldn't help at all, we needed a taxi and the receptionist forgot about it and stoped one on the street (not ideal in Colombia) breakfast was ok

Linen or towels were not changed, no hot water for 2 days around 8am. Restaurant / bar was open only on Thursday on. Basic breakfast service to order. Good size rooms.
