The only good thing about the hotel is its location. However, the prices are excessive. The laundry charges are extremely high for just a few items. The rooms do not have coffee makers and could use some remodeling. If you are a foreign visitor staying with a Colombian citizen, you will be charged taxes as a Colombian resident, and these are non-refundable. Overall, the only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location.

Rooms need an upgrade. No coffee maker and no ice machine available. They charged taxes again because my in laws where staying and they are Colombians, so basically I ended paying taxes twice. Location is great but I won’t be back to this Hotel.

Terrible service at front desk, I been in several hotels during the last two years in Cali and never paid the tourist tax but they charged me just because I didn’t have the stamp from immigration but I presented the Check Mig like any other hotel and they didn’t accepted, on top of that they tried to charge me 6 times the amount I had to pay, instead of 310.000 Colombian pesos a lady from reception tried to charge me 1’. 600.000 pesos, totally disappointed with them and their lies about the refund I will receive at the airport when I head back home, I feel like they stole the money from me. I will never ever stay in this place.
