Very beautiful place and very clean I didn’t like the fridge in the room - was not cooling off the drinks. Also the balcony door doesn’t have a handle for opening from outside

A beautiful hotel with a lovely infinity pool overlooking the sea, and the staff are excellent. The food was good but expensive. We found it much better value to eat at the nearby restaurants at the marina. We found our room and balcony (with half ocean view) lovely, but the bathroom facilities are a very odd design and lack privacy. It's very strange that there's no shower room door, particularly given that the shower entrance is opposite the main hotel room door! I would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in a beautiful location.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved the infinity pool. We didn't love the bathroom set up which included a shower workout a door. Pool area on top floor was nice but lacked stable wifi and no bar service at the chairs. You have to walk up to a bar to get a drink. There was not a store in the hotel so had to walk 3 blocks to get sunscreen.

What a spectacular resort. It never felt crowded, but they were full. Restaurant was outstanding, breakfast was as good as anything you would travel to. Rooms were tended to twice daily. We will be back again

What a beautiful Resort! Calheta was the perfect final destination after a busy few weeks travelling. The resort was extremely clean and well kept. We were blown away by the beauty everyday. The included breakfast buffet was phenomenal as well as the views while eating! I would suggest not to wait and plan on doing your laundry here as it was quite costly. The resort itself was pricey in regards to dinner so I would suggest venturing into Calheta for dinner at some point! We did have a couple spiders in our bed, not much the resort can do about this but just a friendly reminder to check your sheets before going to bed, my boyfriend got bit while sleeping and had a reaction over the next week. Overall we had a really great experience and would recommend anyone to stay here! Such a beautiful resort!

This was our second visit to Saccharum and it was as excellent as our first visit. First class service and facilities throughout. Since our last visit there have been a range of subtle but welcome upgrades as well as some changes to the menus. We loved the spa experience and the beach club on the weekend evening and the new fire pit dining experience was superb. If you’re looking for a modern resort experience with a contemporary vibe this is well worth a visit. Premium Package is highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and highly designed but the corridors and public indoor area are too dark. More important, the service is very average and for this kind of price range we expected much better service and care from the staff.

Very comfortable stay at the Saccharum Hotel for our family. The breakfast spread included in our room was fantastic and appreciated as an easy start to the day. There was nice live music every night which we enjoyed too! Rooms were comfortable, modern, and well maintained. Internet was great. Service was excellent. No complaints here!

Secluded location on the western side of the island. Dining options aren’t great in the area, but that’s the price you pay for seclusion. Calheta Green is awesome and only a 15 minute drive away. The hotel itself has a great breakfast, a cool beach club with great food and drinks and good live music. The atmosphere of the hotel is also very unique and we loved the design. It feels like something out of the Bond movie, Quantum of Solace. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Calheta.
