I have stayed at this property before and had no complaints. Rooms were clean, and I was able to sleep through the night. However this time, upon entering my room I was greeted by a giant sticky stain on the carpet. There was money and previous belongings of the prior guests left in the room, the fridge was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom. To add to it, the shower drain didn’t work unless it was held open and there was clumps of hair on the shower wall. As if it couldn’t get any worse people were running around the hallway, yelling and slamming doors all night. When I went down to reception to complain the lady had told me “that isn’t possible” and completely disregarded me. The only help I received was at checkout when they had overcharged me for my stay. But hey, at least I got my $7 back. 😂 If you like to sleep in a clean and friendly environment this is NOT the place for you.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming. However, when we went to shower we found the hot water to be luke warm at best- front desk staff said that the water heater had been turned off. The water did not get any warmer. Drains were all very slow, the toilet moved when sitting on it. Rooms were clean but very outdated and had a very stale smell.

The hotel was on a busy road, but it did have a nice steakhouse next-door. Staff were very nice. The hotel was clean. It really was more like a motel in design. It was pretty good other than it does need some renovations the headboard was peeling and needed to be replaced and it didn’t have a quilt. The bathroom was recently renovated. The breakfast room was small and there was nothing good to eat .

Room was poorly cleaned. Long black hair on bathroom floor and in tub. Dental floss in a corner. Accumulated grunge in the corners of the bathroom floor. The fan protruded from the ceiling, having not been installed flush with ceiling. The windows and screens throughout the property were filthy with accumulated dust, fingerprints and spots. In the main hallway, I noticed what appeared to be desiccated animal (dog?) feces in front of one door. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk the response was "I am alone." The bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was okay, but there was nobody to clean the countertops and empty the garbage regularly. Maybe too short-staffed. We've stayed in many Travelodges and found them comfortable and well kept, but I cannot recommend this one at all.
