Staff at the reception wasn’t so pleased. Gave us a room on first floor very noisy and when wanted to switch they act like there is nothing else and said “that’s what happens when you check in early” we arrived 10 min before check in time. They could give us the choice to wait for a better option…. Regardless after a bit of argument they managed to find us a better room. Costume service and being nice to guests should be first priority. The bed was very comfortable and the room is nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a drink on the rooftop as the pictures are showing. It’s only if you pay extra then you get to access the rooftop.

Everyone working at the hotel was extremely helpful and gave great food and entertainment suggestions around the city. They also gave us both walking and driving directions depending on what we were interested in utilizing.

Other than the fire alarm going off at three different times during the night, everything was great. reception staff, hotel staff in general very nice and courteous. the hotel provided me with free breakfast for the inconvenience of the alarm situation. would return in a heartbeat
