The pictures did not accurately reflect the room we booked. Based on the listing, it appeared we would have a unit with two separate rooms and a living area featuring a couch. In reality, the floors were bare concrete, the mattresses were thin, and the bed was uncomfortably springy. The room we received had a kitchen with a table and a few chairs, but it lacked proper sleeping arrangements for our son, requiring us to purchase an air mattress ourselves. Additionally, there was no television or comfortable seating, which led us to spend as much time away from the room as possible. Given the significant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided, I believe a partial compensation would be appropriate. I would appreciate your consideration of this request.

This is a great place to stay if you have a large family (like us) or are traveling as a group. The beds are not wonderful, but they did the trick. The room was fairly clean. We loved that there was space for the kids to spread out and relax. The train was walkable distance away for traveling. The breakfast provided was good, just your basics but worked great for us. The one thing we didnt appreciate was the walking distance from the parking garage to the building we were in, doable but inconvenient. Nothing they can really do about that though as being a hotel isnt really their main priority there :) all in all we appreciated our stay and will probably stay there again in the future.

Initial check- in said about $106.00 CAD with all taxes. Bill came to $138.00 instead Parking about 2+ blocks equivalent away from check in area. Included breakfast was just the average. Staff was OK. Unit was typical dormatory and wasn't worth the cost by any means.

The room was clean, and the staff was quite friendly. However, the website was a bit unclear about what to expect if you are staying in residence. There are no amenities except a fridge and a microwave. There is a stove top range, but no pots to cook with. The furniture was new, but it was all metal, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. There is also no A/C and the window only cracks open a little. If you're just looking for a room to sleep in, then this room will probably work, but you have to be inside the building at 10 p.m. and you can't leave until 6 a.m. The other issue I had was with parking. I was provided a parking pass, which I truly appreciated, but the parkade I was assigned to was half a kilometre away across from the hotel, which was kind of a pain if I needed to get anything out of my car. All that being said, I would consider staying in the residence again if it was a better price. I understand that there were suites with A/C, so ask about that if you plan to visit.

The stay was fine, it took care of our basic needs of a bed and bathroom. Not the same comforts as a hotel that you’re used to though. No tv. No blow dryer. No carpet - the rooms just have concrete floors. If you want a space to sit and visit or relax, you need to use the common lounge area on your floor. The rooms get hot, so bring your own fan. It was ok but I’d only stay again if there was no other option. The campus itself is really pretty and easy to navigate and staff was friendly.

This was a student's hostel. Had very little furniture or home comforts. Kind of like a backpacker's hostel But quiet, clean and very cheap. However, parking is a bit of a walk away from the property so if you are driving, consider that.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They did let us change rooms due to a housekeeping issues. However, it would have been to be upgraded to a corporate room at no charge or offered some sort of incentive/discount for a future stay. Bed frame plus mattress height needs a step stool to get in bed. The mountain and sunset views were amazingly beautiful from even numbered rooms. The divided bed rooms provided privacy. For less than $100 per night it is quite a good deal. It was an interesting dorm like experience. Included Breakfast was pretty terrific….scrambled eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee & tea, oatmeal with assorted toppings to choose from plus milk. I would definitely stay again.

Look, it shouldn’t be called a hotel. It’s a student building that has empty rooms. Kitchenette with no cutlery, no dishes, no nothing. Closets with no hangers. Bathrooms very acceptable. Possibly the SAIT institution has a hotel training program and the people are students. Just a wierd experience. There is a parking lot just outside the entrance but you have to park half a kilometer away.
