Customer service experience was disapoonting. The front desk agent was on his phone texting while I was checking in. Next morning I was not given an invoice for my stay, when I ask for it, was like I had ask for something impossible but I did get one. The restaurant was closed due to renovations, it would be nice to know before arriving since we came in late and had to go out to find a place to eat.

We needed a quiet place to sleep before our early flight. The beds were comfy, the room was comfortable and large enough for us 3. The window didn't lock so we worried a bit about intrusions, but nothing happened.

Wouldn’t Stay Again – Disappointed This hotel was honestly a letdown. The place looked super outdated and not well taken care of. My room had a bunch of things that were broken or falling apart. It felt like the whole place needed a major refresh. There was some sketchy behaviour around the hotel, especially at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. The woman who checked me in was cold and didn’t seem to care much. Not exactly a warm welcome after a 10-hour drive. They charged extra for basic things like a toothbrush or shower cap—stuff other hotels usually give you for free if you forget something. On top of that, they charged me every night for my Service Dog in Training, which is actually illegal. I was too exhausted to argue about it, but it really bothered me. The people I came with actually left and decided not to stay. I stayed just to avoid the hassle. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the pool and hot tub, but when we arrived, they were closed for maintenance and no one had told us in advance. They offered evening yoga classes, which could be cool for some, but honestly felt kind of random given everything else going on. The food was overpriced, too. Only bonus was the free parking. Overall, not worth the money or the stress. I won’t be coming back.

Although the room was "clean" everything was either really outdated or banged up pretty bad. The rooms seem to be neglected with total lack of maintenance. The shower plug was just laying in the tub and the shower head didn't have a screen on it so the water flowed straight out. The lamp shades were all stained. There aren't any USB ports, the walls are all banged up with no repair. The headboards for the bed were glued to the wall and when trying to use the blow dryer you had to keep resetting the GFI especially if you tried to plug in another appliance.
