we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. there is a sauna in the pool area too so that is cool but didnt get to enjoy it because i wasnt sure if it was working but later on realized it does when were almost done. reception staff is not very pleasant and dont give enough info for things new guests should know. 4 of us checked in our room and there is only one tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and 2 tiny soaps. tried to call reception to ask for additional but no one was answering. TV reception is so bad too. the price is affordable and i guess thats why it is like that because it is below mediocre. i will probably not gonna come back here anymore even its cheaper than other places.

Great and helpful staff. Rooms were descent. However only two floors out of 6 had working ice machines. NONE of the vending machines were working on any floors except in the main lobby...the vending machines that were not working were 2.50$ and the small cans of pop and small apple/orange juices in main lobby were at least 3$.... they need some upgrading on the floors to be more convenient for guests stays instead of having to walk to get affordable convience

Really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable, although pretty high for us old folks with knee and hip issues.

The hotel is good clean and good for the price. The only thing was one staff member at the front desk was so mean and rude asking if the steam room could be used because it was steaming inside and she said it not working I came back into the pool area after a few minutes someone got inside the steam room, the staff didn't know their facility. When we arrived there to check in she was so intimidating and asked for ID for everybody I had never asked before when we were going to another hotel 1 id was enough but this staff so annoying and I said 1 was not enough she said no and I replied by 2 sons has no ID because they still a kid..shes the lady with fair completion.

We were put in room 251 it was above restaurant. Had to listen to loud music until 10 pm. Then just after that there Was continous door closing and arguments in rooms that went on until 4 am . Bathroom toilet was not clean
