The staff was very rude. It was very noisy as well. Every door slams so loudly. Rooms do not feel clean. Someone entered our room when we didn’t want any cleaning. Not happy.

I was greeted by an overflowing garbage can in the lobby. Check in was pleasant. My room, 403, stunk so bad like cologne that I went out to get air freshners. Place needs a deep clean and major renovation. Never stay here.

The room was pretty cramped and the walls were thin. The beds were fairly comfortable and the a/c worked nicely. Our tv was pretty small and most of the channels didnt come through properly and were fuzzy. There were burn marks in the carpet from the iron. The shower was kind of loose and the shower head was spraying all over the place and loose as well. The pool and hot tub areas were pretty clean which was nice. Check in and out were both easy and fairly fast. Staff was nice at the front desk. The area was nice and had lots of available places to eat and shopping chances.

The rm was alright, i dont think the rm had been vaccinated in a while. Doors slamming, kids running around zero control. Wouldnt recommend. Horrible sleep.

Dirty beds, dirty room, a finger nail stubbed my foot, complained twice, nothing happened, no update. Horrible experience. Next evening I found a cockroach. Unacceptable.

Overall the hotel has great services, pool sauna, hot tub and gym for the price.the pool was busy with children running around. At 230 in the morning people were partying in the hallway and the doors are loud when they close. Updates are needed in the room. The bed was comfortably.

The staff was a little abrupt at check-in and we didn’t know we were getting an accessible room so the bathroom/shower was a little weird. The pool needs a little work. The water was extremely cold and there was a lot of rust around the handrails in the water.
