The suite is pretty spacious and was clean but other than that about what you would expect from a 2 star. Quite noisy, fridge made loud noise, the AC is in the living room not the bedroom so the bedroom is quite warm. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room despite the clean room door hanger left on door from 630am, on other days housekeeping didn’t refill the coffee/toiletries. One of the elevators is broken and at one point both elevators were down and everyone had to take stairs. None of these things alone would lead me to leave a bad review but all of them combined it felt a little much. About what I expected for the price but I’m not sure I’d return.

The hotel was fine but one of the elevators was down during the entire stay so it made for long waits. The hotel is dated. It was clean and the rooms are big, and the location was great.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The suite was great, and quiet evenings were lovely. Highly convenient location downtown, coming from the airport on transit as well!

It hs been renovated inside so it was comfortable and clean. Some minor maintenance issues in the room such broken bifold mirror track so it was hard to close the closet and the bathtub faucet was leaking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the area.
