Out dated rooms. The bathrooms need renovation badly. The second floor is above the banquet centre. Extremely loud music and microphone. Ask to be on the 3rd or 4th floor rooms that are much quieter.

It was extremely noisy. People coming in at all hours of the night slamming doors and shouting down the halls. The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. The entire experience was less than mediocre.

We had booking on 4 october,2024 but the girl who was working at night was so rude she did'nt know how to behave with customers. She acted like she was giving us a favor by doing her own job and spoiled our whole day. Overall it was great experience but I think she has to take classes of hospitality.

The hotel and property around was what to be expected……….but however I did not expect my stay to come with a knock at my door from a hooker that wanted to know if I needed any services for the evening. Also when I was checking in they did not give me a check out time or direction on where the pool was or a second key. Seems a bit like a turn out for girls that a person would like to pump out as sex workers. Just the feeling and vide not to mention a bunch of young girls that I had conversations with
