We loved the location and the view! The beds were so comfortable and cozy! The price was within our budget-being an unexpected trip. But most of all we appreciated the staff so much who went above and beyond to help us as we prepared to go to funerals for 2 family members. The staff were so kind and compassionate and very supportive of our needs. Our stay while it was heartbreaking it was met with very warm souls within each staff member and we are grateful for all of them. A little kindness goes a long way and you all made such a wonderful difference for us in our time of grief. Thank you:)

Misleading details led for a horrible stay. Parking was implied to be included but was instead going to cost $20. The hotel messaged saying that $20 was for valet parking and that parking was available onsite suggesting that the $20 is only for availing valet but parking is still available. This was not the case and that the parking was $20 to access in general. Not like it mattered because the parking was full. Additionally, there was a thermostat in the room and as I tried to make the room cooler, the thermostat was not working. Calling the front desk for assistance, I was informed that the hotel room temperature was centrally controlled. So not only was the thermostat not working but that left me with a hot room. The hotel eventually offered an electric fan but that only helped a bit. Can't recommend this place for a comfortable stay. Tons of better options available within the area. Definitely not going back again.

The staff at the location are very friendly and helpful, some of the best I've had in hotels at this price point. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Most things feel end of life or need some work. The hotel is noisey, the doors all slam shut and can be heard down the halls. There isn't proper sound proofing and there is a lot of noise transfer between rooms. The location is great in the sense that it's easy to get anywhere, however there is little in the immediate vicinity.

The Property had issues with the vending machines all were not working, as well as the hot water was off for one full day, and there was no Microwave nor fridge in the room. lastly they didn't advertise or let me know that there was a fee for parking and wanted to charge my card but there was no place to park except at their facility. I requested a refund because of the Hot water issue and they were able to accommodate for one night's parking. It wasn't friendly or accommodating.
