Booked a room with 2 beds. The front desk staff changed it to another room with 1 bed and a sofa bed saying it should be enough for my family. I asked to see the manager but he said she was not around.

We enjoyed our stay, the three double beds were perfect for my kids and myself. The pool was nice and it was nice to have late night snacks at the little store at the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again!

Housekeeping was poor. Room was not made even after making a requesting. Facial tissue, towels and toilet papers were not replaced. We have requested an hour extension for check-out, however, was given 30 minutes, that was very strange.
