Liked the room. Elevator wasn’t working had to walk the stairs with luggage. Kids running around banging on doors and running away both nights we were there. Staff did nothing about it as it kept happening Even after complaints were made to the front desk.

The bed were horable. They were airing out a hockey teams equipment that made our room and the hall smell like a dirty gym bag. We were on the main for and anytime anybody above us flushed their toilet ours would flush randomly throughout the night in a room. In house restaurant dose not open tell 8:00 AM.

Poor check in and not very friendly

went to check in at 3:30, it was 39 minutes after check in time, we had a long day of travelling and were eager to relax for a bit. The room wasn’t ready, they offered nothing to us, no apologies just said they would call when the room was ready. we had all our luggage brought in so we sat in the lobby to wait. it was almost an hour wait past check in time.
