Excellent customer service from staff, however, the room's HVAC was loud and fridge did not function well. The staff attempted to make up for the issues. The hotel is clean and decent for a short stay. There aren't really any shops or store nearby, but you can uber to restaurants easily. There is no access to a mircowave or hot water for tea etc. even in the lobby. In order to get hot water, I had to go to the restaurant, making it was difficult to have snacks etc during down time. I would only recommend this hotel for very short stays 1-2 nights and if the price is excellent. Other hotels in the area had comparable price, with more services.

The parking was very easy. The shuttle service ran every hour and they were always on time. The hotel is a convenient 6 mins from the airport.

There is no drinkable water. You are forced to by water. No proper arrangement for toiletries, you have to call the front desk to provide a tooth paste, bath rob or any item required. Most times only one person on reception. They don’t pick up calls and don’t respond too. All in all will never stay at this hotel. Worse then a motel.

Impressed

The room was quite large with a king sized bed. Clean and comfortable. Appears to be a newer hotel. The buffet breakfast was varied and good.
