**Room 229 Issues:** - No air conditioning - Only one working outlet; no extra outlet for phone charging - Several burnt-out light bulbs - Phone not working; no wiring available - The television not functioning - One large tile in the washroom is damaged or missing - No access to the balcony, two wooden pallets are nailed across the door - Room is not clean and smells bad - The door key is not working; it keeps changing the card. The room was really very dirty, not cleaned, dog hairs on the mat, washroom not clean, lamp not working, refrigerator had a weird smell, heat valve open and air conditioner has a lot of dust on it, sugar pouches on the floor, washroom slippery. I regret my decision staying over there.

Needs Major Repairs & Cleaning.

One of the worst hotels i've stayed in.... room wasn't clean, toilet had flushing issues, shower clogged.... water built up when the drain was open.... whole building was bad smelling... cosmetics in the room are bad.... so many patch jobs on walls and very poor & visible repairs.... this hotel should be renovated before allowing people to stay there..... many complaints from other guests I was checking out.

There was no information about the hot tub being closed, which is why we booked this location and the cheap price but also if we knew that the building was not secure as the back door is constantly open as the lock is punched out of it the rooms are extremely dirty hair everywhere on the floors stuff everywhere the shower drain and tap are super dirty. The tap itself is loose as heck and you can’t even start the shower without almost pulling it out of the wall so extremely unhappy with this and I would take this hotel off your guys’s website. I wonder what we can do about a refund or if I contact the hotel itself about this, but I’m super unhappy. I have taken a ton of pictures when we first came into the unit if you guys want to see proof and or the quality and safety of the hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I called many times on different day and asked for house keeping to at least change beddings but they do not come inside your room unless you check-out. It is disappointing and disgusting. I have to put garbage outside all the time and I have to wash the towels myself! Beware of Bed Bags and lots of creepy people live in the hotel! The front desk guys seems really nice but the owners are the worst! No wonder Ramada does not wanna associate with them! Remove the signage already if Metro Inn can afford it.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!! Housekeeping is horrible specially the judgemental manager! I stayed for weeks to deal with my jet lagged and they never ever came inside my room to change bed sheets and towels! I have to wash them myself! No wonder they have BED BUGS! Disgusting!!! Accused me of something because I brought my friends separately not to make loud noise during cinco de mayo! We had tequila shots and they accused me of something! I asked them to come up and speak to me in person so I can record it. But they are so coward! So many other people partying beside me and they are so loud yet they saying all the people coming over is all my guests! What a horrible experience that I never had before. I was very responsible maintaining the peace, quiet, and clean of the room yet I am still getting accused of. Very dangerous motel lots of homeless people. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!
