Sound proffing issues. Could hear people’s voice next door. Shuttle service was horrible. I had to call for shuttle for 20 minutes with no answer at 9 pm. In addition my morning shuttle on my way was late. If you don’t pick up the call for shuttle and don’t keep your schedule, just not post the shuttle service. It was very frustrating.
