Was excited the manager told us he would accommodate our request for an allergy friendly room. Specifically, fragrance, which makes hotel stays very difficult. When we arrived we were told the room was ready per our request. None of what they told us was done. After half an hour we had to request to change rooms. We were able to find an empty one that wasn’t as bad, but we chose this location specifically because of the effort they promised and we got none of it.
