Great place to stay. Only part i would recommend rectifying is Night auditor. I asked for fresh towels and he kept on bringing me used towel. I had to get it exchanged 3 times and finally he got me some fresh towels. May be he was talking to someone on the phone and wanted to get rid of me asap.

I paid for a jetted tub room but the jetted tub didnt work. So i asked to only pay for qhat i received, a room without a jetted tub price and they then wanted to fix the tub qhen i was leaving. Not great customer service.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. When we went down they were out of bacon and potatoes. We were there for about 40 min and only when we were about to leave were they replenished - but too late for us!

Property was incredibly warm in the whole hotel, the rooms were overpriced and the satellite continuously was on the fritz. Additionally Uber had a problem reconizing the location and confuses it with another because of the S. Mcleoud designation. Was a frustrating stay.

we were there during a very hot time of summer and each time we went to use the pool, they had swimming lessons going on so there were no chairs available, towels were used up and pool was very crowded
